People recognize that their own figure and world have projected there, when observing the image which was reflected in the mirror.
I thought that I could have some impact on the world by engraving the line of the grid to mirror surface of stainless steel.
The grids of lines are engraved on the picture plane and result in the subtle change as the mirror image because of the pressure of my hands.
And the image and space which the mirror surface projected function as the horizontal or a line which divides a picture surface perpendicularly and partitions a picture plane.
Simultaneously, in that space, a line itself becomes its position or its basis. In addition, the state
where the grid itself only exists in that place is produced.
Observers need to set in their own relation and own positions, such as image which the mirror surface in which the grid was engraved projected and this art object, and own.
Then they will capture the world through experience to reconstruct as a subject, when those who confront this work.
They need to set in observers’ relation own positions, the image which the mirror surface in which the grid was engraved projected and this art object, and own.
It is as one method of comprehending the structure of our world.
